The Rarest Pearl Excerpt

The Hidden Treasure & Rarest Pearl
Jesus, the only Way, the Truth, the Life,
The rarest pearl of highest price.
Worth more than all the world can give,
More than all we seek to own or live.
Christ the final sacrifice for sinful lives,
Bore all our sin and paid redemption’s holy price.
For you and me to trust, and believe,
And by His grace new life receive.
To live a life for Christ, my one desire,
Learning stillness, feeling lighter.
The battle’s won in Jesus Christ,
Our victory sealed in His life.
Reach beyond the world’s desire,
Flee the flesh and rise higher.
Embrace the pearl of heaven’s treasure,
Eternal joy beyond all measure.
God is faithful — His only Son He gave,
So restless hearts could be saved.
Seek and you will surely find,
Eternal peace for the searching mind.
Forgiven, redeemed in Jesus’ Name,
Praise and thanks — our offering flame.
Jesus Christ, the treasure concealed,
The rarest pearl now fully revealed

Devotional Reflection

There comes a moment in every believer’s life when you realize that some distractions cloud the truth. Nothing of any value, compares to a committed relationship with Jesus. This poem reminds us that the greatest treasure you can find is Christ in you and before you.

Jesus does not compete with the world’s offerings, He surpasses them. What He gives cannot be measured by comfort, money, success, or temporary pleasure. His worth is revealed when we willingly let go, trust fully and live differently because of Him. When we seek Him first, peace replaces striving, and purpose replaces restlessness.

To follow Christ is to choose what lasts over what fades. It is learning to be still, surrender control, and believe that what God has promised is better than anything we could secure on our own. Jesus is not hidden to withhold Himself — He is revealed to those who seek Him with their whole heart.

Today, reflect on what you are holding tightly.

Scripture
